New Coral Two Day Zirconia Understructures & Other Exciting Options

We are pleased to announce many new exciting options for Coral Optical Zirconia restorations.

First, effective December 1st, Coral zirconia understructures are now available in just one day. This means that Coral understructures we get on Monday are at your lab, ready for your ceramic layering on Wednesday.

In addition, earlier in November we announced our new Dale Complete options for Coral and other restorations such as Lava, Empress, eMax, Captek and PFM’s. This means you can now get Coral and other restorations delivered back to your lab already finished to four levels of completion.

Full Contour Zirconia Crowns Never Looked So Good

The other day I randomly grabbed one of our Contourz full contour zirconia units off an outbound shelf just to see how it would stack up in a real world test. Take a look at this photo - it is a 100% real case that nobody ever knew i’d be looking at - let alone that it would be photographed. The occlusal, contacts, shade and anatomy were all spot on!

Ivoclar eMax Impulse and eMax Opal Press at Dale Dental

One of things I always noticed, both since I began here at Dale and when I was working in my own lab with eMax, was that there seemed to be a void in the value between the eMax HT and LT options. This was a conversation I had many times with our Dale customers as well, so I was very happy to see that the new Impulse line seemed to address this void perfectly as the translucency range falls right in between the HT and LT options currently offered with Emax pressable ingots.
It was also nice to see less gray in the translucency in the higher value shades A1, B1, C1 and BL4. Instead there is now a more natural transition between the body and incisal using the eMax Impulse ingots.
